The Full Electric telehandler benefits from being powered by lithium battery, minimising downtime due to a convenient fast charging system. The lithium battery has a battery life of up to six hours and a recharge time of up to four hours. Opportunity charging allows the lithium battery to be topped up at convenient intervals throughout the day, like during break times. Conventional charging can also be used to effect when the MHE is not in use. Unlike the standard wet cell batteries, lithium batteries can be opportunity charged without any damage or life reduction to the battery.
